Website & Services Technology- Tracking & Cookies Information:

We may use JavaScript and web technology for some Services. These services may include marketing and communications assistance, providing advertising, customer service, processing opt-out requests, performing business and website analysis/audits and maintaining the Website. This is required to offer Services and for our everyday business operations. You cannot limit sharing unless you revoke your consent for these Services.

Employment Partners – we will share your personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable information with a company looking for employment who has contracted us to provide these services so they may contact you to further discuss your needs. This includes your identifying, customer records, protected classification, device, commercial, internet activity, professional, employment, web technology and consumer inferences information as outlined above. This is required to offer Services. You cannot limit sharing unless you revoke your consent for these Services.

Data Analytic Providers – we may share your personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable information with data analytic providers. This information is typically used to analyze and improve website performance, or increase the relevancy of online advertising. Right to Opt-Out from the Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

You have the right to direct us not to sell or share (for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising purposes) your Personal Information to Third Parties. We will process requests within 15 business days, subject to any applicable exceptions and extensions permitted by law.

You have the right to request twice per 12-month period that we provide you (i) the categories or specific pieces of Personal Information we collected about you; (ii) the categories of sources from which we collected your Personal Information; (iii) the business or commercial purpose for which we collected your Personal Information; and  (iv) the categories of Third Parties with whom we sold, shared, or disclosed your Personal Information. including the categories of Personal Information sold, shared, or disclosed to each and the purposes for doing so. We are not permitted to provide access to specific pieces of Personal Information that creates a high risk of potential harm from disclosure to an unauthorized person such as social security numbers and driver’s license numbers. To protect consumers’ Personal Information, you must provide required information and/or documentation to verify your identity. We will process verified requests within 45 days, subject to any applicable exceptions and extensions permitted by law.

Right to Delete

You have the right to request that we delete any Personal Information we have collected about you. Please understand that we are not required to honor a deletion request if a legal exemption applies such as if we need the information to complete a requested or reasonably anticipated transaction, prevent security incidents or fraud, enable internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations, or comply with legal obligations. We will process verified requests within 45 days, subject to any applicable exceptions and extensions permitted by law. To prevent unauthorized individuals from making deletion requests, you must provide required information and/or documentation to verify your identity. We will retain a copy of your deletion request for at least two years as required by law.

Right to Correct

You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate Personal Information we maintain about you. After you request to correct inaccurate Personal Information, we will provide instructions for you to provide us with optional documentation to support your request and we will consider it. We may decline to correct your Personal Information if a legal exemption applies such as if we determine that your request is fraudulent or abusive. We will process verified requests within 45 days, subject to any applicable exceptions and extensions permitted by law.

Right to Appeal

You have the right to appeal our decision to deny, in full or in part, one or more of your privacy requests. We will process appeal requests within 45 days of receipt, subject to any applicable exemptions and extensions permitted by law. If an appeal is denied, we will provide you with a written explanation of the reasons for our decision. If you are not satisfied with our explanation for the denial of your appeal, you may have an additional right under certain laws to contact your state Attorney General to submit a complaint about the appeal results. In such case, we will provide you with instructions for doing so.

Authorized Agent

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request for another consumer, you must provide a copy of a lawful power of attorney or written authorization from the Consumer (along with proof of your identity). You will be provided options on how to provide this documentation after submitting the request. We may contact you or the Consumer on whose behalf you claim to act to verify your authorization.

 

Storage, Security & Data Retention:

Personal Information will be retained within our CRM and AWS services for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as necessary to comply with legal obligations and our backup, archival, and audit procedures. In the event you request to revoke your consent or delete your information, we are required to comply with state and federal laws regarding record retention. Your information will be destroyed or rendered unreadable at time of disposal. 

We require that all authorized third party service providers are under contract to handle user information under secure and confidential means including the return or destruction of any user information provided once services are completed or terminated.  

No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected PII from children we will take steps to immediately remove that information from our servers.
